Our training and coaching philosophy is rooted in writing plans and making decisions that lead to sustainable long term growth and development as an athlete; and long term health and quality movement as an aging human.

We hold firm in our beliefs that:

  • Training should fit into our lives, not the other way around and that looks different for every athlete

  • Runners need to strength train

  • The joy is in the journey

  • We rise by lifting others

  • Comparison is the thief of joy

  • We do this for FUN

  • Consistency is king!

We believe that we can find longevity in sport and in life through smart decision making and ensuring that we are incorporating both cardiovascular training and resistance training. Let’s get results in races AND increase our likelihood of living a long healthy life where movement is not a limiting factor. Let’s keep our bodies in motion chasing athletic goals for a lifetime, not just a season of life!
